* Payments- NON-REFUNDABLE - Cash, Venmo, Credit/Debit cards (A minimum service charge of $3.95 applies) & HSA cards. If payment is Cash, Please bring exact amount. Prepayment is not required unless it is for a promotional service.

* Cancellations - No-show charged 100% for the service and account flagged.  24hrs - 12hrs subject to 50% charge. <12hrs subject to 100% charge And/Or 1 reschedule for the appointment. NO REFUNDS, but, SERVICE IS TRANSFERRABLE 1 TIME TO ANOTHER RESIDENT WITH WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION.

* Gift Certificates - Limited Availability. Only valid for 1 year after date of purchase. Non-refundable. Transferable 1 time.
